The Kitcheneers

Last Sunday I photographed five gentlemen from the local bluegrass band The Kitcheneers. We shot in and around Vimy Ridge Park, where we were lucky and caught some really gorgeous light. We sure saw a lot of rain this week and now the weather channel is calling for snow! Lets cross our fingers for clear skies and +30. (i wish)  At least it’s Friday. Here is a shot from my lunch with friends earlier in week at the former Albert Diner in the exchange.


Yesterday I spent a couple hours photographing Clayton and his two parents throughout Kildonan Park. Clayton was a bit shy at first but with a little time he became very friendly and had a big beautiful smile. Here are some of the shots from the gorgeous sunny afternoon in the park.

Last Friday Andrea asked if I wanted to partake in a photo shoot at the St. Mary’s Cemetery in South Osborne of her very good friend Adam. Once she told me she planned out an outfit which included a bow tie I was in!


Yesterday morning I photographed a handsome 6 week old named Jackson, a new member of the Flamand family. I then moved outdoors where I photographed Jackson’s older brother Ryder and ended with some shots of the whole family. It was a gorgeous but windy autumn morning.
